Development

WCPA is a year-round high-performance program built to develop the complete student-athlete. We focus on developing strong & confident problem-solvers on and off the court with the ability to manage their time through developing positive habits and structure in their lives. Our model aligns with Canada Basketball’s Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework and prepares student-athletes for the demands of post-secondary basketball and life beyond the game.
